IDC Staff Instructor
As a seasoned PADI Instructor, you have wisdom and experience to share with up-and-coming PADI leaders.
And, you know that continuing your education never ends.
As an Instructor Development Course (IDC) Staff Instructor, you help bring up the next generation of PADI Instructors while gaining in-depth instructor-trainer knowledge.
PADI IDC Staff Instructors work with PADI Course Directors in a similar way to how PADI Divemasters / PADI Assistant Instructors work with Instructors and our dedicated Instructor Development team will introduce, guide and teach you this senior level of diver education.
Upon completion of this course you will also be qualified to independently teach the PADI Assistant Instructor courses as well as teach on the IDC.
Once you have successfully completed the PADI IDC Staff Instructor course you will then sit in on the entire PADI IDC where you will be expected to present PADI IDC presentations to the IDC candidates.
You will also be evaluating candidates knowledge, confined water and open water presentations and working with our instructional team to develop the PADI IDC candidates.
As a PADI IDC Staff Instructor candidate you are required to have your own PADI Course Director Manual along with the normal teaching materials for a PADI Instructor.
Should you wish to purchase these separately please let us know as we also offer good rates for our professionals.
